The Tuna Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
3 - 5 oz cans tuna fish
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ground oregano
½ teaspoon crushed red chili peppers
½ small onion, diced, fine
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
Drain tuna and place in a bowl; add the red wine vinegar and mash. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Serve on bread or a roll with mixed greens, sliced tomatoes and sliced avocados then drizzle red wine vinegar on top.
