Creamy Blueberry Soup

  Creamy Blueberry Soup
4 Servings

4 cups fresh Organic blueberries
1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 pint almond milk
Garnish: mint sprigs 


Place a saucepan over medium high heat, add the blue berries, orange juice, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice, bring to a boil stirring often.
Remove from heat, and slightly cool.
Pour mixture into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Add almond milk and pulse a few times just to mix thoroughly.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with mint leaf.
