Meatless Monday's Cilantro Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Smoothie Tip:  Freeze your own fruit.
When adding fruit to your smoothie, I find that it is better if the fruit is frozen. Make a habit of storing overripe fruit i.e. pears, bananas, mangoes, avocados in the freezer for future smoothie use. Just remember to peel the ones that have skins you don't eat.  And make sure you chop the fruit before freezing.

Cilantro Strawberry Mango Smoothie
2 Servings

1 cup coconut water
1 cup strawberries
1 cup mangoes
1/8 small bunch cilantro w/stems
1 celery stalk
1/2 cucumber

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until the desired consistency is reached. Smooth and creamy like pudding, icy, frothy, etc.
