Monday Morning Smoothie

Smoothie Tip: Avoid adding sugar, dairy or large volumes of seeds, oils, nuts or any supplements  whatsoever to your green smoothies.

  2 Servings
Ingredients
2 cups of coconut water or water
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground 
1 apple,large, seeded, diced
2 cups green leaf lettuce

Method
Place liquid, frozen blueberries and cinnamon in a blender and process 30 seconds.
Add the apple and lettuce and continue processing until smooth and creamy.
Add more liquid as needed.
