Monday Morning Smoothie - Guacamole Smoothie

Smoothie Tip:  A good smoothie should be perfectly smooth, with some help from a high fat ingredients.

 Guacamole Smoothie
2 Servings
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 orange, peeled, seeded
1 lime, peeled, seeded
1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 medium avocado, diced, frozen
1/2 cup mangoes, diced, frozen

Method
Add water, orange, lime and tomato to blender and puree until liquid.  Add the remaining ingredients and puree until  smooth and creamy.
